Get ready! You are about to take part in an international event!
Welcome to an exciting and enriching experience at 17th IWA Conference on Small Water and Wastewater Systems (SWWS) and 9th IWA Conference on Resource Oriented Sanitation (ROS)!
Below, you’ll find important guidelines to help you prepare for the event, make the most of your time during the sessions, and follow up effectively afterward
AT THE AIRPORT:

Do not forget to take all your belongings;

EVENT’S VENUE:

The event’s Venue is located at : Centro de Eventos Sistema Fiep, Campus da Indústria

The venue has a modern, multifunctional conference center with ample rooms for networking and meeting colleagues.

Have quick and easy access to the venue, be it through public or private transportation.

Airport - 30 minutes by car (14.6km)
Central bus station - 10 minutes by car (3.3km)
Curitiba downtown - 15 minutes by car (5km) -
The parking is free and secure, with over 600 spaces available. Both the parking area and the venue entrance are wheelchair accessible. If desired, the venue also offers catering services and a restaurant with a varied and balanced menu, structured by nutritionists.
AT THE EVENT:

Registration: upon arrival at the event venue, please proceed to the Registration Desk to gain access, register your attendance, and receive your identification badge along with materials provided by the event organizers.

Registrations after November 6th can be done on site during the event;

During breaks, no plastic items will be provided. Please remember to bring and use the cups included in your kits throughout the event

You should bring your own pen, notebook and earphones/headphones. The event material was thought to minimize the waste and contribute to reusing and recycling.

There will not be a printed backdrop on the event. Therefore, we suggest you adjust your phone camera for a better picture.

Phone chargers will be available during the event;

Lunch will be provided through vouchers. On the first day, the voucher will be available in your participant’s kit. On the following days, you must get your lunch voucher from the secretary. Each participant can get one voucher a day.
EXTRA ACTIVITIES
Registration for the Gala Dinner and Technical Visits can be done through the system (click here) or on site during the event.
Limited places available!
Technical visits start and end at the event location, on the set schedule. During your visit, each participant will receive earphones/headphones to ensure effective communication.
AFTER THE EVENT
Participation certificates will be available on the event website starting on November 28.
