Paula Loureiro Paulo holds a degree in Chemical Engineering. She holds an MSc in Tropical Public Health Engineering from Leeds University, England and a PhD in Environmental Sciences from Wageningen University and Research Centrum, Wageningen, The Netherlands.Â
She is an Associate Professor at the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil. Paula has been working in the field of Resource Oriented Sanitation for almost 20 years, with major projects on grey and black water treatment using nature-based solutions and sustainability assessment of decentralised sanitation systems.
